DGFT / IET DSC for Foreign Organisations
This is a Class 3 DSC for use by Export and Import Organizations to make representation by Authorised individual on behalf of organisation while transaction with DGFT (Director General of Foreign Trade) website. This DSC comes with 1 year validity.
DGFT holds a dedicated DGFT site to upload electronic documents in one place.
This DSC is issued to authorised persons working for the organisation located overseas, Citizens of different nations or their organizations. Organisation name shall appear along with the name of Authorised Signatory.

- Establishment certificate / Registration Certificate
- ID proof of authorised signatory / authorising person
- Board resolution / Authorisation letter on letterhead
- IEC Certificate copy
Foreign Attestation procedure (Authorization letter with company seal and signature) (any one from below)
- Embassy of Native Country (If applicant is out of native country)
- Apostilled by Native Country, after Public Notary (if country is in Hague Convention)
- Consularized by Native Country, after Public Notary (if country is not in Hague Convention
