This is a Class 3 DSC for use by Authorised individuals / Officers of State and Central Government organisations on behalf of government organisation while filing and to meet various regulatory and compliance needs as narrated in the department procedure manuals.

This certificate comes with 2 years validity.

This DSC can be used to perform all actions / tasks similar to a private entity.

Kindly refer department's IT manual as well.

Documents required:

Softcopy Photograph of the applicant
copy of Government ID card / Letter from organisation / Payslip
Copy of PAN Card of applicant
Authorised letter Forwarded / Certified by Department / Head of Office - mentioning mobile number & email address (in letterhead)
ID card of Authorising personal or proof of Authorised Signatory's association with organisation.

The attestation of documents may be carried out by Head of Office / Gazetted officer.
